Clarity before action
You should understand the recommendation, the alternatives, the cost, and the risk before deciding.
About Todd
Before financial advice, I spent more than 25 years in education. That experience still shapes how I listen, explain, and work with people today.
A little more about me
My years as an educator taught me to begin by listening, meet people where they are, and explain complicated ideas without making anyone feel talked down to. I bring that same approach to every financial conversation.
Away from the office, I spend time skiing, camping, travelling, and enjoying good food and wine. Those are reminders that a financial plan is not really about numbers—it is about making more of life possible.

How I think
Retirement, business ownership, family responsibilities, and estate decisions affect one another. I look at the whole picture so a decision in one area does not quietly create a problem somewhere else.
When a plan needs legal, accounting, or other specialized advice, I work alongside the professionals already involved and make sure the financial decisions stay connected.
You should understand the recommendation, the alternatives, the cost, and the risk before deciding.
I begin with what needs to change in your life or business, then determine which financial tools may fit.
Your retirement, business, estate, taxes, and family priorities should work together rather than compete.
Who I work with
I help connect savings, pensions, CPP, OAS, taxes, and spending into a practical income plan.
I help organize the personal and financial decisions around a sale, succession, or step back from the business.
I help clarify what should pass to the next generation and what needs to be coordinated with a lawyer or accountant.
I take a fresh look at the assumptions, fees, risks, and trade-offs in an existing plan.
